Hotel Kutumba Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Hotel Kutumba for your stay in Kathmandu. We strive to provide you with the highest level of service and comfort. To ensure a seamless experience, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation and Refunds:

1. Standard Reservations:

• Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time will receive a full refund of the booking amount.

2. No Cancellations or Modifications: Once booked, reservations cannot be canceled or modified.
    
3. Non - Refundable:

• No refunds will be issued for confirmed bookings, at any cause.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours before check-in will be charged in full.
• After check-in, cancellations or modifications are not allowed, and no refunds will be provided.

No-Show Policy:

In a hotel, a no-show refers to the situation where a guest has made a reservation to stay at a property, but neither shows up on the arrival date nor cancels the reservation in advance.

• In the event of a no-show, the total amount of the booking will be charged.
